We have been and continue to help homeowners impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to educate and help homeowners with mortgages access their rights to affordably save their homes.
The Texas Access to Justice Foundation has allowed us to create and pursue a special project aimed at helping Texans who buy a home using a “rent to own” agreement, lease with a purchase option, contract for deed, or executory contract. Texans who are in these types of transactions are especially vulnerable to losing their homes, but actually have substantial protections under Texas law.
