Lone Star Legal Aid Providing Free Medicaid & SNAP Application Assistance In Person
Need free or low-cost health insurance for your kids? Would you like assistance with applying for Food Stamps? Come to a free Lone Star Legal Aid enrollment clinic!

Thursday, October 29th from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, November 5th from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, November 12th from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, November 19th from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, December 3rd from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, December 10th from 9 am – 2 pm
Thursday, December 17th from 9 am – 2 pm
What to Bring for Medicaid Assistance:
– Parent’s/Adult’s Photo ID’s
– Child’s Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, Hospital Record or Certificate of Naturalization
– Social Security Numbers for all Members
– Utility Bill, Driver’s License, Lease Agreement, or Letter from Landlord
– Paystubs for the last 60 days, Statement from your employer or self-employment records.
– If applicable: Resident Card (I-551), arrival/departure form (I-94), or papers from US Citizenship or Immigration Services
What to Bring for SNAP Assistance:
– Parent’s/Adult’s Photo ID’s
– Child’s Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, Hospital Record or Certificate of Naturalization
– Social Security Numbers for all Members
– Utility Bill, Driver’s License, Lease Agreement, or Letter from Landlord
– Paystubs for the last 60 days, Statement from your employer or self-employment records.
– If applicable: Resident Card (I-551), arrival/departure form (I-94), or papers from US Citizenship or Immigration Services
– If Applicable: Unemployment Award Letter, disability benefits award letter, records of child support and/or current medical costs.
