Port Arthur, TX – Port Arthur Community Action Network (PA-CAN) and Lone Star Legal Aid will host a town hall regarding the TPC Port Neches explosion and fire along with Air Alliance Houston, CEER, and Public Citizen on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 11 am until 1 pm, at Empowerment Church located at 3600 Memorial Boulevard, Port Arthur, Texas 77640.

Survivors are invited to attend this community presentation, participate in a discussion, and connect to available resources.
