Widow in her 80s needs assistance with clearing title to her home shared with her deceased spouse. Spouse passed in 2022, and he was the primary person who maintained the home. After his passing, the home fell into disrepair and client moved into her child's home. Client needs to clear title to qualify for assistance to repair her home as well as to have peace of mind that children will inherit home with clear title.
