Houston, TX – December is the National Season of Giving, and Williams once again brought Christmas joy to Lone Star Legal Aid clients and their families.
Williams sponsored a young, single mother of three sons. The family recently escaped an abusive situation and were starting over. Williams provided them new furnishings and gifts to go under their newly donated Christmas tree. “Thank you so much for everything. You all made our Christmas. When we least expected something good to happen, you showed us good people are still out there. You are all my angels sent from God. Thank you for the time and dedication to get us all our wishes. You have truly blessed us. You will always have a memory in our hearts,” said the grateful mother.
Williams also sponsored a disabled client and her family, who were faced with losing their home during the holidays. This family of seven will now remain housed during the holidays and enjoy the warmth and comfort of family in their home.
“We are continually grateful to Williams for helping our clients during the holidays. We are here to uplift the discouraged and help those most in need,” said Paul E. Furrh, Jr., Chief Executive Officer.
Williams, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with an office in the Houston Galleria area, handles 30% of the natural gas in the United States that is used every day to heat homes, cook food and generate our electricity.
