"Advanced Planning - San Jacinto County: Client is a 69 year old resident of San Jacinto County and would like to obtain a Will, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA, Directive to Physicians, Disposition of Remains, and a Transfer on Death Deed, as well as any other advanced planning documents recommended by the pro bono attorney. Lone Star Legal Aid staff are able to coordinate Execution Ceremony with client once drafts are finalized and reviewed by client.
