Advanced Planning - Brazoria County: Client is an 75 year old resident of Brazoria County, and he would like to obtain a Will, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA, Directive to Physicians, Disposition of Remains, Beneficiary Designation for Motor Vehicle (VTR-122) and a Transfer on Death Deed, as well as any other advanced planning documents recommended by the pro bono attorney.
