You can file an application with LSLA in two ways:

  1. Call the Houston Office or one of the Branch Offices during scheduled intake hours to complete a phone application.
  2. Come to the Houston Office or one of the Branch Offices during walk-in intake hours. While an appointment is not required during the hours it is highly recommended.
  3. If you are disabled and require an accommodation to access our services, please call us.
