Login to your Cisco Unified Call Manager User Options:

Next Select Configure your Cisco Personal Address Book:

Click Add New Entry

Enter the following information First and Last Name (if you use the Nickname option this is how it will be listed.) Enter the Phone Number then click Insert.

When you see the status message Status: Entry inserted into Address Book Successfully, then click Fast Dials.

Now select which Fast Dial Index number do you want to list this number with, click the unassigned description next to the number you wish.

Select the name you created earlier from your personal address book and then choose the directory number you want to dial with (Note your personal address book may have multiple numbers.) Click Insert next.

Once completed your new entry to may close the smaller window and repeat the process as many as 98 more times.
